Overseeing a staff of 20+ artists and consultants, owner and designer Bonnie, adds a personal touch to every aspect of PACESETTERS’ atmosphere. Having the opportunity to travel and work with Europe’s top educational team as well as providing hair and make-up for one of the most acclaimed fashion photographers in the world, Bonnie has proven she is one of the industry’s top designers. Her extensive education and experience greatly influences her artistic approach in the salon. Specializing in color and Great Lengths Hair Extensions, she has been a hair designer for over 25 years. Bonnie continues to stay involved and up to date through education and applying the latest techniques, which enable her clients to receive greater results than expected. As a mother of two, she is also very involved in social and community activities, which blend with PACESETTERS open and family oriented atmosphere.
Amanda has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1998. She has been an educator and stage artist for Hempz and is current in hair trends. As a Wella color specialist, Amanda excels in design and has a conservative approach to color correction.
A licensed Cosmetologist for 25 years and serving the Lakewood area, Bonnie has a clientele base of all ages including children. She enjoys working with the public and specializes in perms and roller sets with backcombing. Half of her clientele is in the fifty-plus age group. Bonnie also does facial waxing, hair coloring and precision haircutting.
Brindi is our resident college student (in business school) who specializes in keeping us in line and in business.

Carla is FABULOUS in all types of waxing, shaping and tinting as well as eyelash extensions. She’s been with PACESETTERS for over six years and specializes in skin care for problem skin. Her passion will help your skin to radiate that inner beauty that is only you!
Jane is an expert in all aspects of complete hair care including cuts, color and creative styling. With her extensive background in cutting, a keen eye for detail and broad knowledge of specialized color techniques, she can deliver beautifully on a wide range of looks. Jane’s favorite part of hairstyling is seeing a transformed and happy client smiling in the mirror. She is committed to making your PaceSetters experience totally fun, rewarding and inspiring. Hair coloring, cutting and trend styling are Jeremy’s main focus of expertise. As a well rounded professional, Jeremy brings diversity and cutting edge technology to the fashion scene. Certified in cosmeceutical services such as surface peels and microdermabraisons as well as full body waxing.
Extremely dedicated and passionate about her work, Jill’s philosophy involves listening to the client, learning about their hair and lifestyle, and giving them the perfect cut and color that translates into their life. Her attention to detail and contagious attitude set the tone for the salon’s style and creative direction.
Originally from Ukraine, Nataliya has a passion for being creative and helping clients choose their perfect hairstyle by listening to their desires. She’ll create just the look and style you want for whatever special occasion you have planned. Nataliya specializes in hair color, highlights, design and cuts for both men and women.
Paul brings his own unique talents to PACESETTERS. He will work with you to understand exactly what you’re looking for to create a cut and style that reflect your inner beauty in your outward appearance.
Trained at Antoine du Chez Academy in Denver, Penny has been styling hair professionally since 2001. Penny provides both men and women with style advice and consultations, chic hair cuts, elegant updos and considers her strongest asset to be her innovative, artistic eye for hair color.
A hairstylist for life, Yolanda specializes in updos, brides and wedding parties. She has 10 years of waxing experience and does great color, cuts and styling.
Tina has passionately been involved in the Beauty Industry for 30 years. Her broad spectrum of opportunities include: Stylist, Color Specialist, Extention Specialist, Hair Straightening and Life Coach.
She is an expert at giving each cut and color it’s own unique finish. She creates natural looking Color, Highlights and completes the look with a fabulous haircut.
She considers herself blessed to be creative everyday. Every client receives a head and neck massage with each Service. She encourages living life to the fullest, free and full of joy. Clients leave the Salon feeling elated and ready for anything.
Shawn (Mills) Orlovsly is a native of Colorado and graduated from Lakewood High School. Her family, mom, dad and three brothers also live in Lakewood. She has lived in here her entire life except a brief period when she ventured to Phoenix, Arizona. She loves the sun and the hot weather but missed her family and friends in Colorado and returned after a couple of years.
She began working at the age of 15 at her extended family’s restaurant. She worked there over 25 years where most of her customers asked for her by name. She was looking for a new challenge and was interested in learning about manicures/pedicures and went to school to learn. She has worked as a nail tech now for over 10 years here in Lakewood. She recently joined Pace Setters Salon loves it and is eager to meet new customers and grow her business!
